Overview
Stewardess Sydney begeleidt de 8-jarige Leah, die in haar eentje naar haar vader, Jonathan, vliegt. Leah blijkt iets vergeten te zijn en Sydney besluit het naar haar toe te brengen. Hierdoor mist ze haar vlucht terug, waardoor ze de kerst noodgedwongen in het ijskoude Chicago moet doorbrengen. Ze wordt opgevangen door Jonathan, Leah en hun familie.
