Overview
Dos bandas (Asiática y afroamericana) enzarzadas en una "guerra de mafias" están disputándose el control de los muelles. La situación se vuelve aún más peligrosa cuando el hijo del capo asiático es asesinado; es entonces cuando su hermano Han, ex policía encarcelado en Hong Kong, escapa de la cárcel para vengar su muerte, convirtiéndose él en objetivo de las bandas, lo que le lleva a declarar la guerra por su cuenta.
