Overview
Billy Wong, ein New Yorker Polizist, dessen Partner während eines Raubüberfalls erschossen wird, und sein neuer Kollege Danny Garoni sind bei einer Modenschau im Einsatz, als die Tochter eines reichen Mannes, Laura Shapiro, entführt wird. Es wird vermutet, dass Lauras Vater mit Mr. Ko, einem Hongkonger Geschäftsmann, in Verbindung steht. Also werden die New Yorker Cops für weitere Ermittlungen nach China geschickt.
