En la tercera entrega de la serie Batman Unlimited: Mech vs. mutants, El Dark Knight está de regreso haciendo lo que hace mejor: proteger a los ciudadanos de Ciudad Gótica. Cuando el malévolo científico Mr. Freeze activa su más reciente invento en dos de los criminales más formidables de Ciudad Gótica, Killer Croc y Bane, la situación va de mal en peor. Al convertirlos en monstruos mutantes gigantescos, los Supervillanos comienzan a hacer destrozos por las calles de Ciudad Gótica y no se ve un fin próximo. Depende del Caped Crusader y su equipo de Superhéroes poner a los gigantescos Mechs robóticos en su lugar y salvar el día, pero será una difícil batalla al enfrentarse a enormes contrincantes.
