Overview
Een internationale samenzwering explodeert wanneer een beeldschone onbekende vrouw naakt wordt ontdekt op Times Square in New York. Haar lichaam is bedekt met mysterieuze gedetailleerde tatoeages, maar zij weet niet wie zij is en hoe ze daar terecht is gekomen. Er is echter een tatoeage die niks te wensen over laat: de naam van FBI-agent Kurt Weller staat geschreven op haar rug. De onbekende vrouw, agent Weller en de FBI ontdekken al snel dat elke tatoeage op haar lichaam de sleutel is tot het oplossen van een misdrijf. Deze misdrijven brengen hen steeds dichterbij haar ware identiteit en het mysterie waarin zij gehuld is.
