Jenny arbeitet als Assistentin für die Chefin einer Marke für Schönheitsprodukte und hat sich nebenbei für die Sozialen Medien engagiert. Ihre Vorgesetzte Gwen hat sich dazu entschlossen, das Ladengeschäft aufzugeben und sich auf das Online-Geschäft zu konzentrieren. Während eines Erholungstrips bemüht sich Jenny, ihre Chefin davon zu überzeugen, dass sie die Richtige für den neuen Posten der Direktorin für Soziale Medien sei, doch Gwens Bruder Nate, der den Beschäftigten mit Yoga-Übungen das Gleichgewicht zwischen Arbeit und Erholung näherbringt, hat bereits eine ehemalige Verlobte im Visier. Als sich Nate und Jenny privat näher kommen, verkompliziert sich die Situation und eine Entscheidung muss gefällt werden.
