Overview
100 jaar in de toekomst is de aarde verlaten wegens radioactiviteit. De laatste overlevende mensen leven in de Ark in een baan om de planeet, maar de Ark heeft niet het eeuwige leven. Dus pakt het repressieve regime 100 overbodige jeugddelinquenten op, en stuurt ze naar de Aarde om te zien of de planeet nog bewoonbaar is.
