Article 7 (Approval of Registration)
1. ZIPTV approves membership registration from the moment the applicant accepts the terms and conditions, and a membership contract based on these terms and conditions is established.

Article 8 (Non-registration and revocation of approval)
1. After review in the preceding article, if the applicant falls into one of the following circumstances, ZIPTV shall not approve the applicant’s registration or delete the application information.
(1) If there are false records, omissions or omissions when applying for registration
(2) When the registration applicant fails to apply for registration according to the procedures specified on this website
(3) When the person applying for registration does not exist

Article 11 (Deletion of information, etc.)
1. When a customer requests to delete a member's personal information registered in this service, it will be completely deleted immediately upon request and the personal information will not be retained.
2. How to manage and operate member information
If the application for service payment and payment is not made, it is managed and stored on ZIPTV's servers for 2 years, unless the individual customer does not request the deletion of personal information, and when 2 years have passed, the customer information is deleted and ZIPTV does not store any customer information.

Article 12 (Suspension of Service)
1. ZIPTV may suspend this service under any of the following authorizations without prior notification to members.
(1) When performing regular or emergency maintenance on the service system
(2) When the service cannot be provided due to fire, power outage, etc.
(3) When the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, tsunamis, etc.
(4) When the service cannot be provided due to war, unrest, riots, disturbances, labor disputes, etc.
(5) In other cases, when this website determines that it is necessary to temporarily suspend this service due to operational or technical reasons
2. ZIPTV is not responsible for any damage caused to members or other third parties due to delays or interruptions in providing this service due to reasons other than the preceding paragraph.

Article 13 (Prohibited Matters)
1. Members are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors on this service.
(1) Infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of other members, third parties or this website
(2) Infringe upon the property, privacy, etc. of other members, third parties or this website
(3) Acts that slander other members, third parties or this website
(4) Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, etc.
(5) Behavior detrimental to third parties
(6) Use of this service for profit-making purposes
(7) Behavior contrary to good morals
(8) Conduct combined with criminal conduct;
(9) Other violations of laws and regulations
2. If a member causes damage to a third party when using this service, the member must bear the responsibility for the solution and must not damage this website.
3. ZIPTV does not assume any responsibility for any damage caused to members due to the use of this service, nor does it assume the obligation to compensate for any losses.
4. If a member violates these terms and conditions and causes damage to ZIPTV, this website has the right to claim compensation from the member.

Section 14 (Change and Error Reporting)
1. Members can apply for changes when they provide incorrect information to ZIPTV during the ETA application process.
However, the change request must be made before the IPTV subscription expires, if the subscription has already expired

2. This website does not assume any responsibility for any disadvantages caused to members due to failure to apply for changes as notified in the preceding paragraph.

Article 15 (Handling of expulsion, etc.)
1. If a member falls under any of the following authorizations, ZIPTV may expel or suspend the use of ID or cancel membership without prior notice or notice to the member.
(1) When a false application is made during registration
(2) When ID or password is used illegally
(3) When it interferes with the operation of this service
(4) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is breached
(5) Other situations where this website deems it inappropriate to be a member
2. If ZIPTV is damaged because a member falls under any of the preceding paragraphs, regardless of whether the service is expelled or the use of ID is temporarily suspended, this website will compensate for the damage suffered. Claims can be made.

Article 16 (Refund Rules)
1. In principle, if the subscription time has expired or the use has been completed, refunds cannot be applied for, so it is impossible for customers to request a refund.
2. Cancellation and refund can be processed before the service is completed.
Cancellation Requirements: Cancellations and refunds are only possible before the IPTV subscription expires.
After the expiry of the re-subscription, paragraph 1 above applies.
3. Cancellation or refund requests will be processed on the same day.

Article 17 (Withdrawal from membership)
1. When members withdraw from membership, they should promptly express their intention to ZIPTV.
If you want to subscribe, you can apply to unsubscribe through your ZIPTV email address.

Article 18 (Stop providing this service)
1. ZIPTV may suspend the provision of this service after giving a one-month notice period to members.
2. The time specified in the notice in the preceding paragraph on ZIPTV is deemed to have been accepted by all members for one month.
3. When ZIPTV stops providing this service, it shall follow the procedures in the preceding paragraph to avoid damage claims from members or third parties due to the suspension.

Article 19 (Responsibility for Username and Password Management)
1. Members bear full responsibility for the use and management of the approval number applied to ZIPTV.
2. Members shall not transfer, lend or use the username and password granted by ZIPTV to a third party.
3. ZIPTV is not responsible for any damages suffered by members due to the use of member IDs and passwords by other third parties, regardless of whether the member is intentionally negligent.
When a member forgets his/her ID or password, he/she should immediately apply to ZIPTV and follow the instructions on this website.
In addition, the use of this service through ID and password is deemed to be performed by the member himself.

Article 20 (Suspension of identity card, etc.)
1. If ZIPTV is confirmed to be of high urgency, the ID may be suspended without the member's consent, which shall be deemed to be the member's prior consent.
2. Even if ZIPTV has taken the measures mentioned in the preceding paragraph, ZIPTV does not assume any responsibility if members are unable to use the service and the resulting damage is caused.

Article 21 (Competent Court)
1. If there is a need for litigation between the member and ZIPTV, the district court where the head office is located will be the jurisdictional court between the member and ZIPTV.
