Overview
Een buurt leeft in angst en wanhoop wegens het geweld tussen rivaliserende bendes. De lokale bazen Dash en Antuan terroriseren met hun bendeleden de straten en de burgers hebben alle hoop laten varen. Totdat de mysterieuze Ryan Hong arriveert. Hij begint de bendes tegen elkaar uit te spelen en schuwt daarbij geen geweld. Ook krijgt hij hulp van zijn mentor Tiano.
