Overview
Serge arbeitet seit 20 Jahren als Arzt für einen medizinischen Notfalldienst in Paris. Selbst an Heiligabend muss er durcharbeiten. Aufgrund einer Verkettung unglücklicher Umstände kommt es zu einem Unfall mit dem tollpatschigen Lieferdienst-Fahrer Malek, bei dem sich Serge den Rücken verrenkt. Um seinen Job nicht zu verlieren, spannt Serge Malek ein, ihn in der Nacht zu seinen Notfallpatienten zu fahren und diese an seiner Stelle zu behandeln. Was folgt ist ein aberwitziges Abenteuer, das das Leben beider Männer grundlegend verändern wird...
