Overview
In einer namenlosen amerikanischen Großstadt regiert die zahlenstarke Rockerbande des Outlaws Raven über die eingeschüchterte Bürgerschaft, und nicht einmal die Polizei wagt es, dem wilden Treiben der Motorradmänner Einhalt zu gebieten. Als Raven jedoch die Rocksängerin Ellen Aim von der Bühne weg entführen läßt, hat er sich mit dem Falschen angelegt. Ellens alter Freund, der Ex-Marine Cody, macht sich im Alleingang auf, das Mädchen zu befreien und Raven ein für allemal das Handwerk zu legen.
